Terms of Service

Last updated 23 August 2026

Before this goes live This has been written to match what the service actually does, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Maryland and federal rules on money services, prepaid access and consumer refunds may require changes or additions — particularly around whether this business is a money transmitter. Please have a Maryland attorney read it before relying on it.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is run by Digital Bloomco LLC, a limited liability company registered in Maryland, United States, at 556 Kenan St, Taneytown, MD 21787, United States. When these terms say "we" or "us", that is who they mean. "You" means the person using the site.

By opening an account or buying anything here, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. What we sell

We sell two kinds of thing:

We are not the network operator and we are not the company behind the gift card. We buy from a supplier and pass the product on to you. What the credit or the code can be used for, and for how long, is decided by whoever issued it, not by us.

3. You have to be 18

Accounts are for people aged eighteen or over. We ask for your date of birth when you register and we will refuse an account to anybody younger. If we find out an account belongs to someone under eighteen, we will close it.

4. Your account

You need an account to buy anything, and you need to confirm your email address before you can spend. You must give us information that is true, and keep it up to date — particularly your phone number and country, because we need those to send an order to the right place and to meet our own legal obligations.

Your account is yours alone. Do not share your password. If you think somebody else has got into it, change your password immediately — that signs out every other device — and tell us.

We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication. For accounts with administrative access it is required.

5. Getting it right the first time

Check the number before you pay. A top-up goes to the number you typed, within seconds, and cannot be pulled back. If you mistype a digit, the credit belongs to whoever owns that number. We will help you where we can, but we cannot reverse it and we cannot make the other person give it back.

The same is true of a gift card code. Once you have seen the code, we have delivered what you paid for, whether or not you go on to use it.

6. Prices

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. It includes what we add on top of what the product costs us. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have paid — the price is fixed at the moment you order.

7. Payment

We take payment by card and through PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number; that stays with the payment provider. If a payment is later reversed or charged back, we may suspend your account while we look into it.

8. Reward points

You earn points on what you buy. Points are worth one dollar per thousand points. They can be spent on this site or turned into a voucher for use here.

Points are not money. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or claimed from us in any other form. They have no value outside this site. If an order is refunded, the points earned on it are taken back.

We may change how points are earned, and we will say so before we do. If we ever stop the programme, we will give reasonable notice so that points already earned can be used.

9. Referrals

Every account has a referral link. If somebody signs up through your link and buys something, you earn a share of what we make on their purchase, and a smaller share on purchases by anybody they in turn introduce.

Nothing is paid for signing people up. Commission comes only from real purchases. Recruiting people who never buy anything earns nothing, and this is not a scheme where it could.

We will not pay commission on orders that are refunded, on accounts that appear to be the same person twice, or where the referral looks arranged rather than real. If you promote your link publicly, you must make it clear that it is a referral link and that you earn from it.

10. Things you must not do

11. When we can suspend or close an account

We can suspend or close an account if we believe it is being used for any of the above, if we are required to by law, or if a payment is disputed. We will tell you where we are allowed to.

Closing an account does not cancel an order that has already been delivered, and it does not forfeit money you are legitimately owed.

12. When things go wrong

If a top-up we accepted does not arrive, tell us and we will either send it again or refund it — see the refund policy. That is our responsibility and we take it seriously.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses that follow on from an order rather than being part of it, such as missed calls or lost business.

We do not promise the site will never be down. We depend on payment providers and on the networks we buy from, and sometimes they have problems we cannot fix.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the change.

14. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and both you and we agree to that.
